Meal Schedule and Snack Time
We have a meal schedule to follow. When the clock shows 6:00, it’s supper time. We’re going to wait until supper time before eating anything.
Snacks happen in the afternoon. No snacks before supper. You need to be hungry when it’s time for supper.
Snack time is at 3:00 in the afternoon. Make sure to eat enough during your meals so you won’t feel the need for a snack outside of our snack time.
Screen Time and Eating
No eating during screen time. We’ll have our snack either before or after. This way, we can focus on enjoying our food and our screen time separately.
Choosing and Trying New Foods
Let’s explore some new foods together. We’ll make a list! When we go shopping, you can help choose three new foods for us to try. Don’t worry if you don’t like them at first.
If you try the new food 5 times, you might notice it tastes different or better. If you try a food 15 times, you might start to really feel successful!
We’ll try each new food a little at a time, maybe once a week. After a while, you might find you start to enjoy them. It’s all part of discovering new tastes
